Just finished cleaning the caravan.
Got bloody soaked.
Now Suffering from trench foot.

Off to the pub for Sunday roast and a pint.
I may be some time….

I have seriously considered washing the caravan, did not realise you could get trench foot from washing the caravan, maybe I should leave it a while., no point in both of us having trench foot.

I know the UK is currently having fabulous weather, hence my comments.
But the sun has now come out and there's not cloud in the sky. I am sat on my balcony in shorts a short sleeved shirt with a chilled glass of local white wine, so not too bad thanks

.....I consider myself very lucky this year.
Spent all of February and first week of March on the Costa del Sol having travelled down with the caravan.
Most days were sunny at up to 20 degs.
Then to come back to the UK to the warmest March on record

Sods law next week the weather will probably be crap….. we are off to Eye Kettleby Lakes for 10 days on Saturday.
No doubt there will be epic tales of my ineptitude with all things practical…..
I will post a link to photos cos that’s one thing I seem to be ok at doing.

Know the area. Melton Mowbray has a reasonable market and you are not far from the Lands End ( clothing) factory shop just outside Oakham ( also a nice town). I have my priorities!

There’s the Dickinson and Morris pork pie shop too, scrumptious at any time, but great when you are sat just willing the fish to bite on the caravan site.

Towing the van home this weekend, for a clean and get ready for going out first time this year. Cambridge C&CC Wednesday until Saturday.
It will get a good wash down, but as my right hand is still recovering nicely from Carpal tunnel decompression surgery, there will be no polishing.
Well that's my excuse anyway.
