My page back button works with a single click on this forum. When I want to see forums list I find it easier to click on the forum button on the left.
 
Force of habit! I always use the page back button, no matter what site I'm on, yet this is the only one that gives the detail... (at the bottom of the page..) connecting to site 127.00blah blah, (didn't catch it all) on the first click and then on the second sends me to where I want to go. Just curious.
 
Now that I look at it my computer gives the details at the bottom and then it jumps to the next item without any further click. The search engine on this forum has a brass plate with I.K. Brunel stamped on it because it's so old :0)
 
It is not really a double click because the page has refreshed to show your post - hence 1 click to see the page before you posted and 2nd click takes you back to the previous page - try it.
