E-GO motor mover???

Hello everyone

I'm looking at buying a caravan mover for my 2008 swift challenger 530. I've seen the e-go advert and it looks great value for money.

Has anyone got any feed back on it?

Hi Stephen,

I had an Ego fitted to my Swift Challenger 480 in the Autumn and I have been pleased with it. I wanted a mover where you can tighten the rollers further onto the tyres in wet and slippery conditions and this can be done with the Ego. It fitted infront of the axle with no problems (I have shock absorbers)and the reduction in ground clearance seems minimal, compared, for example, with the Reich, which I also considered. It has so far moved the van as required, including turning it in the snow in January (prior to being hauled up off the site by the farmer's 4X4!). The soft start is effective. You really need to have a battery drill to wind the rollers into contact with the tyres

Not being prepared to risk my dodgy back under the van to fit it myself, I had it fitted by Caravan Movers On-Line (and ordered it thro' them). They were efficient and fitted it well and promptly.

Hope this helps.

Best of luck.

Paul
