e-mail notifications

How do I stop notifications. I'm getting notifications not only from threads I have contributed too but from some I've only read. Being as I look in most days and read new threads etc. It's clogging my e-mail, I'm having to delete a good number before I can read others form other sources. Forum has only just started doing it.

Go to your topic that you have been into or whenever you make your posting like I am now and make sure you do not hit the subscribe button on the bottom of the screen otherwise it will send you notifications when someone has replied in the same conversation as what you have , go back on and press it again and it should say "unsubscribe" .
I think that's right .

Got it! It was also sending me notification of my own post.
Pressed unsubscribe button on e-mail see if that works.

Dave , The other thing to look at is Go in Your profile and at the bottom will show Any categories and Topics that may have inadvertently been subscribed too.

That finished it off. e-mail was filling up with notifications.
