Someone on our Facebook page suggested chocolate cornflake cakes, which might be an easy form of baking in your van. Hot cross buns from the local supermarket sound like a super idea, though!

You can brown the mashed potato under the grill for a nice finish, it's nice savoury man food that's quick and easy to cook.
