Hi, could any one tell me how to change the bulb in the shower ? I can't get the glass out ?

Are there screws in the three spigots? Or does the silver outer ring rotate and unscrew from a backing plate?

Yes there are 3 screws that hold a glass plate in front ( just to make it look posh ) , but the silver ring is stuck on fast, and also the inner glass ring, protecting the bulb !
