i know that most of the filming is done at waqtergate bay but in last nights filming there was a large harbour and another bit when there was a bridge does anybody know where this was filmed?.

Sorry jo-anne, I never saw it. Is that the soap that's just started up thats made in Cornwall? If so I read about that and was hoping Her Ladyship didn't spot it was on.

At least she doesn't watch Eastenders so I suppose I should be grateful :O)

Back in the 90s Channel 4 made a series of 5 programmes called The Camomile Lawn. I never watched it but I see that was shot in Cornwall. It's available to download on 4oD free so I've downloaded the first 3 episodes.

The harbour is Darthmouth in south Devon a very interesting,it will be a good 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive from WatergateBay .

thats done in port issac and martin clunes played a doctor in that it also stars brenda blethan.

I love doc martin aswell thats shot in port issac.

ive just been onto the itv site and went onto the echo beach forum. They say its watergate bay and looe. some are moaning who work there because its not mentioned in the credits and it could help bring more holiday makers in so more money.

Well from my days of biking to Looe and playing snooker there, it was Looe with the bridge. Nothing like Dartmouth, and no Bridge there.

hi, i went onto google earth last night and had a look. you can click onto lots of photos taken by people and yes its looe harbour and looe bridge. also the circular bit is banjo point i belive.

ive never been to looe and through my childhood i went to cornwall for approx 20 years what else have i mist.

ive never been to mousehole, fowey and much more. we went the usual pastow, newquay and we have now done them to death so i might just book looe cc site for a week in the hols instead of tintagel cc site.
