Elbe Window Stays

Hi, we have recently bought our first caravan, a 1993 Elddis GT Typhoon. There are a couple of telescopic window stays broken. Our local dealer told us that Elbe stopped making windows in the mid 90's so replacements can'r be sourced. Any ideas

There is a caravan breakers near to myself. We had our stays there for our Elddis Typhoon GT 1994.
