elddis 13 inch spare wheel size

hello,
ive just bought a 1997 ex300 Jetstream and it didn't come with a spare,
I know its a 175p 13c 8 ply tyre but the wheel size is a bit vague, I reckon its 100mm
centres bt how do I determine the hub diameter etc
