Elddis Avante 840 space heater

Hi All,

I’ve gone and tried to put the heating on in the caravan and I’ve got the message on the attached picture.

Anyone had this issue before ? Your help would be much appreciated.

If you google ‘whale heater system ‘unable to communicate with heater’ error’ several reset suggestions are shown - including some videos

I assume you have followed all the troubleshooting advice in your handbook and gone through the whole resetting procedure?
