Elddis Jetstream EX 2000 Electrical switches

Hi Everyone, I have a Elddis Jetstream EX 2000 and although everything works I have never really known what two of the switches do.
It is a 6 gang unit behind a door.
1 Top left Battery meter,
2 Top right Auxillary switches,
3 Middle left dont know but looks like a conventional house light switch,
4 Middle right Blanked off,
5 Bottom left as No 3 above
6 Bottom right Carver
Can anyone tell me what No 3 & 5 does.

Hi I have an EX2000 typhoon but your panel doesnt seem exactly the the same as mine. the two that look like house switches on mine are for the water heater and the space heater.
