elddis shelf?

I have an 1990 elddis shamar.My question is, next to the cooker there is 2 small holes which I think might take an extra shelf/worktop but I dont have it.Does anybody have an elddis with the same holes? maybe I could get one or make something up,thanks Alan

Hi Alan,

We use to have a 1991 Elddis Shamal and you are correct there is suppose to be a small fold down shelf/worktop next to the cooker. This was not very big and was really not of much benefit apart from acting as a shield while cooking. If you did want to replace it you could contact your Elddis dealer as our local dealer does break old vans sometimes you can be lucky to pick up the part you need.
