Hello Angelos

I will answer your questions in the same order that you asked them.

1. The power sockets if they are the same as you domestic ones at home are designed for the 220 to 240V ac mains power. These will only work when the external mains hook up lead is connected to a mains supply.

2. 12V dc devices are normally permanently wired in to the caravan except for a television. Most caravan manufactured supply a 12Vdc socket near the television table.

3. To change the lamps from 220Vac to 12V dc will require the fittings to be rewired to the 12V system. In most cases the whole fitting will need to be changed to accommodate the 12V bulb connections.

4. Yes some rewiring would be needed.

5. The solar panel manufacture will probably offer advice about connections to batteries and the safety devices needed.

I would add that if you need to ask these type of questions, then it suggests that you are not sufficiently familiar with wiring regulations.

Please remember that bad wiring of either 220 or12v is more than capable of causing fires and other damage, which in a small space like a caravan can very quickly become lethal.

If you are not competent with wiring, I strongly urge you to refer the job to a qualified electrician.
