Electricity price per kw on caravan park

Our caravan park has refused to provide the new price per kw of electricity since the price rise in April. Is this legal? They are saying they need a few months to “ work it out” . We cannot budget for our yearly bill in September due to not having the relevant information.

Welcome to the forum, are you talking about a static caravan site or a seasonal pitch,
As this forum is mostly for touring caravans and Motorhomes, but someone might be able to help.

It is both. It has static caravans and seasonal touring pitches. The electricity is included in the seasonal touring pitches site fees but as a static owner we have our own electricity meter.

If you pay for the metered amount of electricity you use, there is legislation concerning the resale of electricity which your site must follow.
