Electrolux RM 4213 fridge Removel

Hi can anyone please give me any advice on removing my fridge from my Volkswagen Topaz 2001 motorhome? Any photos or videos that will show me.
I have taken the 2 vents off from outside of the van, but can't seem to find where you undo the gas supply.
I am new to all this, so any help would be appreciated.

Unless you are fully competent and have all the necessary equipment to test the gas installation fully for safety, you should refer the removal and refitting to a competent LPG fitter.

Hi i am fully competent i just wanted some help on how to take out the fridge photos or video anything that can help me.

If you are really intent on doing this , which it sounds that you are then here goes:-The gas pipe goes to the top of the fridge directly into the gas valve . The gas pipe is usually long enough to allow the fridge to be pulled forward once the four screws in the side wall (accessed from inside the fridge) have been removed. also the fridge may be sealed in and at the bottom or top an infill piece which needs also to be removed, once the fridge is pulled forward about 125mm then you can access the joint. Under the Gas safety regulation you are as the responsible person (owner) responsible to ensure the gas supply is capped off and test for gas leaks , This should be undertaken by a qualified gas engineer and a record made of the actions taken. A copy is left with the owner. Failure to do this can be fatal not only to yourself, but to others- attached is a photo of what can happen with a gas leak - march 2025 . Also a recent gas explosion in a house left three people seriously injured.
