eMOVE303a MOTOR MOVER PROBLEM

Hello, I'm looking for a contact or support regarding my emove 303a mover not working? I have a fully charged leisure battery, new remote battery in my remote control unit showing full green light when switched on with no errors indicated. I was advised to reset the remote control to the control unit and followed the instructions provided, however when trying to press and hold the forward and back buttons on the remote it does not respond or bleep and the control unit does not activate the relays?

To be clear if possible, I have a full green light showing on the remote, I have the control unit flashing when trying to reset to the remote, but the remote does nothing when trying to follow the instructions to press forward and backward buttons?

If this makes any sense to anyone I would appreciate a response and/or a engineer number, thanks
