Try also http://users.telenet.be/leo.huybrechts/camp1.htm - lists all sites within 15 km of major routes - with opening dates, and all-year sites are listed in red.

"Campsites close to the Highways" is a useful reference but a bit unreliable as far as 'open all the year' is concerned. Planning my route for next month, I chose as an overnight stop the Poitiers site which apparently is listed as being open. An email to the Mairie confirmed that the site closed on 16th September.

Hi Richard,

Camping La Nautique at Narbonne is open from from the middle of February onwards. Private sanitary facilities on every pitch.
