can anyone recommend englethwaite hall caravan club site, just outside carlisle? we are thinking of going in a couple of weeks. whats the dog walk like? and is it friendly? as most caravan club sites are snobbish, thank you.

I live 10 minutes from Englethwaite hall, if you like peace and quiet its for you, no toilet/showers so you need to be self sufficient. You are smack bang in the middle of the Eden Valley, you will be able to walk for a month without getting bored!! High Stand Wood is right next to the site great for early morning/ late night dog walks.
