error in electric when connected to car

Hi,

I connected my Sprite Major 6 up to the car this weekend for our fist caravan jolly of the year; when connected the van's NE190 control panel gave the error E.4.

The manual says that this means the selected power source voltage is less than 9v. When the leisure battery is selected it works fine, but it won't work off the car. (it has worked previously, but not this time)

I am assuming that this is a car problem, so can any one tell me which pins on the grey connector I need to test to check the car output voltage please? (car is a Kia Sedona)

Or if anyone knows of another reason why this may happen please let me know.

Many thanks indeed,

Mark

If you want to look into this I can. If you email me at technicalsupport@swiftleisure.co.uk with your details I can get someone to check this fault out for you tommorow. If you give me your chassis number I can check your model year and spec.

If you prefer i can get someone to call you at a convieneint time to talk you through it,

Thanks

Andy
