European break down cover for car and caravan

Hiya.could anyone advise me of a cover that would get my car and van back to the uk from France if either broke down every cover I've looked at is very vague I just want them to tell me yes or no..one cover I took out just takes u to a garage but doesn't indicate if it's repairs are exstorinat that it will get us home can any one help..thanks
 
Both clubs sell you policies that include recovery but you have to be a member. The recovery aspect is restricted to cars that cannot be repaired by the local garage however. I cannot see how a policy could be worded to recover you home if repairs are as you put it extorsionate as the level it becomes this is dependent on your own idea of what is reasonable.
