I see that with immediate effect the cc is withdrawing the above from the sites network.
Years ago we visited this site, nearest I would describe the toilet facilties to a cl. When we were there, it was mentioned that the local council wanted the land back to turn it into a childrens play park,now it would appear that they intend a hotel and golf complex on the entire estate.
Weird entrance to the site through a carpark, nice dog walks just off the carpark up to and around the castle.

We planned to book that site but changed it to Lower Wensleydale. Glad we did. Tough on those who've already booked though.
