Phoned LR insurance today with the change of marital status and change of name for swmbo and YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE £30 rebate as LR insurance like married couples, regardless of what difference that little piece of paper makes to our driving skills. Anyway they're sending me a cheque for £15.........................................

Oh they forgot to mention the £15 admin fee to change the details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ouch and GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!
 
When my daughter moved her insurer E sure charged nothing for the change of address but her partners insurer charged I think £50 for the change. They are both with E sure now, so if you think there may be a change during the year it may be worth asking if they charge for changes as it may eat up any saving.
