Anyone else out there who paid £18.00 to park for longer than 2

hours at the above stop?

Cameras and signs everywhere about fines. They had my car and van on film when I entered the shop to pay.

Is this just a rip off or what?

most services now have employed outside contractors to manage there car parks for them

this has been going on for years and as a hgv driver i stay well away from most if not all services,the only thing i buy from any services is a newspaper because that is about the only thing in services shops that has a price on it

just another point.............dont park where you are not suppose to because the parking contractors have a habit of clamping and i think its over a

It certainly was a busy place at 2am in the morning, loads of vehicles in and out didnt really get any rest!

I wonder how people have ever been chased up for the fine and fee of not paying for more than 2 hours!

The only one we stop at is the M6 Toll road one, only because we have paid a fiver or so to use the road, it seems only right we should use their toilets etc!
