Having been cruisers for many years, the prospect of being confined to our cabin on a cruise ship, or alongside 300 other passengers on a long haul flight, it was time for a rethink! 
Other members of our families have been caravanners for many years, some of their holidays we shared. Great fun.
So we decided that we should join the fraternity and bought our first caravan. Really looking forward to our first outing, which is unlikely to be too ambitious, but will give us a new perspective on initially, UK holidaying. No more cancelled cruises!
Eyup mi duck, by the way is a common greeting of many older Derbyshire folk and The Battle-cry Of The Derbyshire Republican Army.
