FÇnix XL 450 ?? Any Ideas? Newbie

Hi all, I am new to caravanning and I have an issue already. I recently bought my first caravan, an fÇnix xl 450.

I have searched everywhere to find some information on this caravan and nothing is coming back what so ever.

Any information at all will be greatly appreciated.
