I too have had this in my Elddis Odyssey 524L over the heater and fridge. The heat given off by these units has caused to wood effect to separate from the plywood underneath. Up until now I have merely used a travel iron - on a medium setting. When light pressure is applied, this warms up the glue and enables to wood effect to be restuck to the plywood. If you are worried about damage then just try it out with a piece of paper inbeteween the iron and the surface until you get the hang of it.Our iron didn't seem to damage the wood effect at all. Over the fridgeI did have to trickle (very carefully) a little bit of superglue into the gap to aid the sticking on the edges. Other similar repairs have involved using suitably matched strips of the iron-on wood or wood effect strips which one can get from DIY shops.
Hope this helps
