Joby welcome to the wonderful world of towsure

I had the same problem over an awning took the money, I waited three weeks and told not in stock waiting for it to come in . and so the story went on.

So the outcome was Sir Roger on the phone told them what I thought of them By Jove .

Beggers phoned me next day to say it had been despatched, Sir Roger back on the phone and another earfull for them.

Anyway you could always try this one www.thecaravanshop.co.uk

Good Luck Sir Roger

Not getting into specifics but Towsure overall surely strive to do a good job, well thats my opinion anyway.

Lets not forget and while it's nice to see other manufactures/suppliers finally joining the forum scene, to my knowledge old man Fenwick certainly first and then Towsure blazed the trail!

Hello Joby,

Sorry to read of your purchase problems.

Most commercial /retail sellers add two important caveats to sales brochures, the first is that detail specifications may change without prior notice, and E&OE (errors and omissions excepted). I do not know if these same phrases can be used with on-line catalogues.

When ordering such items, it is as well to check that the details such as your bags are included, and if they are important to you to make it very clear that the bags are crucial to the order. Then if the goods arrive without these little bits then you have a breech of contract issue with the supplier.

If you did not add the bags to your specification, but simply relied on the illustration or description from the catalogue then you may have a Trades descriptions issue.
