Family friendly site in North Yorkshire?

Can anyone recommend a family and dog friendly site in North Yorkshire that accepts caravans, trailer tents and tents?

We are hoping to go away in the May half term with 2 other families, including 6 children and 3 dogs.

Ideally it will have somewhere safe for the kids to play (either a field or a proper play area) and be in a nice area for walking and days out. A handy local pub would be an added advantage!!

We are all members of the CC and C&CC if that helps and so I'd be grateful if you could suggest a pleasant place for us all to get togehter.

we have just stayed at sheriff hutton ccc , 8 miles north of york .lovely small friendly site for caravans and campers .the play park is in the middle so where ever you pitch you can see

the kids .lovely spot for visiting york snd the coast.

excellent site it covers everything you need plus pub within

walking distance.

we have used this site for the past 5 years also take three dogs

Cote Ghyll Caravan & Camping Park at Osmotherley. Set in a valley with stream dividing the site. Great clean site and the young owners have to be some of the best friendly and helping couples we have ever met on a site.

Very clean and dog and child friendly. Do not be put off by the narrow roads, access is fine and plenty of places to pass with little difficulty. Great walking on the Cleveland way and reservoir walk about a mile along the road.
