Andy l have still not heard from my dealer about the window that's been ordered for myself, l posted the vin number of my van on an earlier post, on another note l also ask you for a price on a condensation board as both Swift and the dealer refuse to replace under warranty as it was not picked up at the PDI last October see my last post.

Andy l know you are on holiday, l am off to Sandringham for week on Friday any information you can give me will do 2nd week of June, thanks for your help on other issue's enjoy the rest of you holiday

Also Andy l did enough shutdown work to realise how essential it is for maintenance crews to have production lines down for maintenance work and understand Swifts reason for them.

yes we bought a new caravan last year and we had to get our window changed as it had lots of marks on it and we have just bought another new van and the same again have to change 1 of the windows

Hi NGH

I have a problem with cracking on the top of the ventilation boards of the lounge seating in my abbey spectrum.

Just heard today that they are not going to replace them under warranty, which I shall be contesting.

Was this the trouble with yours?

Barking sorry l did not get back to you , yes this was the problem with my condensation board the has you l presume, Swift now have asked the dealer to replace under warranty.
