Thanks for asking. He's fine thanks, all tests and MRI scan normal. I took him for a final check up last night and the vet thinks now he's had some sort of virus. I'm glad he's insured the bill was just under

It must be such a relief that the little chap is ok, I must get round to insuring Berry, can't get Lady insured as she is too old apparently.

I have a brand new Disco tyre if he gnaws his way through that one!

Hey girls (and fellas), we've got a new dog! She's a rescue Cairn, about 5 years old, to complement my border Collie, Skye.

She came from a puppy farm as a beeding *****, and has never seen the outside world. We've had her for nearly two weeks nom, and it is still heartbreaking to watch her trying to adapt to this great big world.I think we're going to have months and months of TLC to get her to adapt to us, but it it's going to be worth it when we get there. Skye is being magnificent. From being No 1 only dog to having to share with this timid little dog must be traumatic for them both, but we'll get there, between us. Watch this space.
 
My daughter Genna Loves animals and last year brought home a 5 year old cocker spaniel she rescued from a puppy farm. She was scared of everything! And emmerson its heart breaking when they don't even know what grass is.She has become the most cheeky little lady ever and now barks for her breakfast and will climb in anybodys bed( in my house this is a big no-no, as maxie the rottie is far to big). She still dosent know how to lick. When we had her done at the vets he chucked in a free tummy tuck as well!LOL! But on a more serious note, it makes me mad when people do this to animals. In a year from now she will be a different Doggie. I still Think diesel is a cutie!
 
Your dead right. We have a half-acre paddock, and we've now got to the stage where Hesta will come with us (on her lead) to the gate, but flattens on her belly if we try to take onto the grass. Major problem, cos next thursday we're off to Penrith with her, in the caravan.Still,a week is a long time if you're a dog.( I hope) Lisa, Hesta might take to you, it seems to be fellas she's afraid of!
 
We also USED to have a large grassed garden- well it was before Maxie showed Whisper the spaniel how much fun it was to pull it up!

Given her time she will fill you with joy as each day is a new adventure for her.Gen actually has taken her to college with her ana she is spoiled!

We got tyre.

On Monday Accident in the car. We were going a long and this van came over part of the side of our side of the road and I surd to miss him but on do so I hit the corbie of the pavement which did the tyre and the wheel in as well.

The as gone to be fixes now but they let use with a small car with no tow car. So that mess no going a way for use but there a good side we are get a new car in 4 weeks time.

Good to hear Diesel is at least, not as bad as feared Lisa. Doesn't he look like he could fit in the palm of your hand in that picture though?
