I can't deliver a pond, Mcghee. However, I've been known to create a few puddles in my time, these could grow into ponds over a period of years, if you water them often enough.

Your going to put the kids in a hanging basket?

Surely theres some sort of rules to prevent this, or at least some advice to stop overcrowding of the baskets!
