I have just read your response to my post in 'Buying'. You said that you had a crack in the corner which has been fixed. We have had to have a whole panel fitted and you can see where it has been joined. We were told that you wouldn't be able to tell. How long had you had the van before it materialised? We purchased our van from Highbridge who have been very good with communication - but I don't think the work is up to scratch.

Helen, I have had dealings with highbridge and the chap I speek to in aftersales is a young chap called Mark. He will do all he can for you, if you let him know you are not happy with the work and what you want he will do his dam best to deliver it. Im taking my new Stering up tomarow to have a few bits done under warenty and I have no doubts he will make sure everything is as it should be.

I did have an issue with workmanship once and showed him and asked if he would accept this on a newish van and he agreed that it was poor and made sure the workshop put it right.

Im sure if you point out the errors as you see them they will put it right for you. I would in all honesty ask/demand a new shower not just a bit stuck over another bit.

Ill check my shower befoer going tomarow

Best of luck

Kevin
