O.K. Steve, as was obvious by the timings, I was writing my post out and posted it but in the meantime you had said no more posts. I clicked send then saw you had posted.

What I would like to know is what on earth was controversial about me reminiscing about a friend who I miss. There was no name calling, no threats infact nothing whatsoever nearing being controversial.

No LB I did not read the post. I stated any more posts would be deleted and just search in the admin interface for new posts in that thread and deleted them.

The thread needed cooling off and I understand it was a mistake but if I had not then where is the line drawn?

Yours was not the only one to be pulled.

Well the post I made was of an Irish traveller friend I had and the fond memories I have of him. If any post would cool it down it was that one but unfortunately it wasn't given a chance and it was 10 minutes of my time wasted typing it.

In the games site where I'm a Moderator my nic is +Itchy Finger and it seems to be an affliction of the Mods in this forum. Thankfully my nic is a joke and out of about 100 mods I'm known as one of the easiest going +s on the site. People do know theres a line not to cross though.
