Faulty Truma Regulator 8mm or 10mm Elddis Odyssey?

Faulty Truma regulator, which i need to replace. 8mm or 10mm-is it a simple case of measuring the diameter of the gas pipe? Cant find anything info on the regulator.
Elddis Odyssey 540 2008 model if this helps.

Thanks.

The regulator is not usually any different, the size of the gas pipe is accommodated by using the correct reducing olive in the compression fitting.

For the safety of you and your family, I recommend having all gas fitting carried out by a competent fitter who has access to the necessary safety test equipment.

The Truma regulators come in 8 and 10mm fitting sizes, they do NOT use a reducing olive.
Measure the pipe diameter and get the correct one, preferably fitted by a qualified engineer as over tightening can cause damage to the locking nut.
As the regulator forms part of the fixed installation it will need to be pressure tested and leak tested.
