I have just been on CC site to give some feedback on sites across the water.
We stayed at Camping Du Clair de Lune on our way back from Germany (which was brill btw)
which is better than I can say about this site, it was very clean very well kept high privets, but getting around one corner was a bit dicey, and getting on the pitch was doable, forget this site if your a twin axle. Also if your wanting a hot shower after driving all day forget the aswell.

I hope CC look at this forum they ought to...unless anyone knows how to give them the feedback on their sites abroad.

It is a nice little site http://www.davidklyne.co.uk/camp_municipal_du_clair_de_lune.htm As to feedback to the Caravan Club on sites they include member feedback in their European Guides. I am sure if you look at the CC website there will be some sort of pro forma where you can give the feedback.

You should either complete a site report to CC on-line or print a form from the website or use one which you can find in the back of the Europe 1 and 2 handbooks. use the ,remarks, space to make your comments - I agree this site does not sound good, but no one else will know if you don,t comment.

reverse polarity is not a complete disaster, but for future reference buy in UK A polarity tester which plugs into a 3 pin socket in the van and gaslights to show what is happening, and also a reverse wired plug and socket which you can connect between bollard and normal mains cable.

sorry if this sounds complicated but it is easier to do than write about.

20 euros was a bit of a rip off; both the items I suggest should be available (together) for less than this.

Don't let this put you off France !
