W WatsonJohnG Mar 14, 2005 4,638 0 0 Nov 17, 2006 #2 If you start from the top you will get streaks where the solution runs down the dry paintwork I usually wash the car with shampoo from the bottom up after first thoroughly soaking with clean water.
