Fiamma side blocker

Hi can someone help? bought a Fiamma caravanstore side blocker with window from riversway leisure, all i got in the box was a pole and the side canvas no instructions although probley not needed. What i need to know is on the pole is a spike how does this fit to roof and should there be a pad to go on side of cravan to stop dents as other end of pole is quite hard thanks for any help Bill

William, Hi the spike should go into a small hole in the front metal section, the other end is a bit hard (as I found out to my cost. New van dent in side) we bought a suction cup and job done.

You should have a pad inside the awning bag which takes two poles, one is for the normal roof pole and the other is for the blocker pole, it is a figure of 8 shape. If you do not have this it must be an older caravanstore.

must be an old one i have got does that meen i have to drill a hole in the bit you role the awning up on at the front if so how far in thanks Bill
