Film Remakes?

7 days post knee replacement decided to buy online from Sky, The Railway Children Return. Absolute rubbish and very woke. Nothing like the last two and next to nothing about the Railway. A waste of time and money.
But we did see a rehash of Top Gun a few months ago. Breathtakingly exhilarating.

Good luck with your knee replacement Dustydog.
Had mine done 3 years ago.
After the op.,specialist told me the secret to eventual "full movement" is excercise, excercise, excercise.
(Easier said than done)🤭

Thanks Ade
I had the left one done in March so this is the second in a year. The exercise regime is critical as you say. I’m also having weekly physio with a hands on lady plus using the Game Ready Machine , ice and compression plus loads of heavy duty painkillers😋. No short cuts!

The difficulty about some exercise is knowing when you're halfway so you can turn back - your limit will go up and down, not just a gradual improvement.

I had both knees done, at separate times, about 20 years ago - I've looked after them as in no jogging or golf and they'll surely outlast me.

Good luck with the recovery.

Good for you Dustydog.
2 in 1 year....wow!!
Had my left one done(still unable to kneel on it), and I reckon the right one will need replacing in the next couple of years.
Old age eh??
