Fire Blanket recall

Just spotted on another Caravan forum a thread regarding fire blankets recall. Thought it may be of interest in case you have one in your caravan or at home.

Here's another link to the fire blanket recall, of last year.
The problem lies with 1 m[sup]2[/sup] fire blankets and use in connection with oil pan fires where extinguishment may be incomplete or re-ignition may occur.

No reports of failures in active service have been reported but test data indicates there is a potential serious problem.
