first time

finallly got around to signing up... Decided to have a go at 'posh' camping after holidaying under canvas so bought a new Bailey Pagent Champagne 2 years ago (series 6), just before I retired. We have now done quite a few miles with her and intend to enjoy many more... just waiting for this global warming to improve the weather.

Hi Steve, welcome to the Practical Caravan forum. We have one or two ex tent campers who have now opted for the softer life and the Bailey Pageant Champagne obviously popped your cork. As an ex canvas camper surely you must know that there's no bad weather, only bad clothing but even when it rains it's nice to sit and watch it from the warmth and comfort of a caravan.

Steve!! (erm, I mean Parksy, before we get all confused with the Steves, lol). You're supposed to be welcoming people, not putting them off with your groan-inducing 'witty' jokes! (another definite need for the sniggering icon here).

Hi Steve B. Welcome to the forum. Right decision to come over from the Damp side. Also waiting for global warming as the midland will become beach front property!
