First trip of the year

Off to Witney Oxfordshire on Sunday for 4 nights. We like to have one trip before the hab check is done that may raise any issues to be dealt with. Currently cleaning the van, checking tyre pressure etc.

Going to Lincoln Park Farm. First time there, they have a special offer on at the moment. Let's hope the weather is kind to us.

Spring is in the air👍Enjoy Lincoln and Witney. Hope you don’t find too many broken things😉

Fully serviced , polished and ready to roll to North Yorkshire in two weeks time 😎

Haven't been to Lincoln farm park for a few year, nice site with two swimming pools and a nice pub within a very short walk away. Whitney itself is an interesting town.

We live 10 minutes from Witney.
Enjoy your stay👍

I first went to Lincoln Farm Park when it was a CMHC site back in the mid 90's. Been since (around 20 years ago!) and it's a nice site with a decent pub not far away.

.....I can recommend the Rose Revived Thames side Restaurant/Pub.
I.4 miles from Lincoln Farm.
Been there had the worst cider ever, I should have known by the name " Black Rat" Lovely pub, a good walk past the lake to the river and turn left.

Oddly enough, the other pub over the bridge called the Maybush ...... never been in, but the Rose Revived I know well.

The bridge has some interesting history....

A few photos I took there a while back....
