Fitting 12 volt leisure battery

I would like to fit a 12 volt leisure battery in my T@B. I can work out how to set up a charging circuit but how do I get the current to run the other way back from the batter to the lights etc when needed?
 
One way would be to get a converter/distribution box. This will connect the battery into the system and allow you to connect the 12 volt system. It also has a built in charger that will charge when connected to the mains.
