fixed bed caravans

Somewhere I have seen a fixed bed caravan in which the bed is placed centrally so that you can access either side. I think the bedroom was to the front of the caravan, but this is not important.

It may have been a continental make, but so far i have been unable to find it by looking at makers' websites.

Can anyone help please ?

Try the Hobby range. I have just bought a Hobby Prestige 540 UL with fixed single beds. Superb and a reasonable price.

Hi Ray,

Hobby make 2 models 500UFf and 560UFf that are as you have seen.

We haven't got one but have ordered a different model and get it next year. We were really impressed with the quality, style and value for money.

Go look at the Lunar Lexon twin axle. It has a central bed at the rear with wardrobes to the sides.

Hi just come back from Malvern think most were twin axle could try sterling, fleetwood colchesters and I think I saw a swift hope that helps

I am sure that most foreign van manufacturers do this layout. I know that Fendt, Kabe, Hobby, Burstner and dethleffs do. I also think Knaus, Tabbert, Polar and TEC have this as an option.
