on returning from a week in Abergavenny, the wife noticed that the front shelf above the window (1993 bailey champagne) was soft and damp!! well spent sat ripping out the alarming amount of rotten wood and today finished the job by sealing the leak and replacing the roton wood with new, this job was close to being above my capabilities but i have taken photos and overcome some difficult issues along the way, i am confident that the jobs a good one and it was all done for under £30. anyone who wants the photos please get in touch, they would have helped me a lot!

Hi ww3nut
that brings back memories of my old leaky lunar, it took me 9 months to restore the van back to life, we bought the van for next to nothing because i knew there was signs of damp in her but did not know the full extent of the damage

it was a 1986 lunar micron and we spent a few weeks away with her after we restored her until we decided to buy a newer van. brillian fun
