Driving home this morning behind a 52reg Peugeot, which had only the high-level brake light working. When we stopped at road works traffic lights, I, being a neighbourly sort of chap, got out and pointed this out to the middle-aged man driving.His reply? "mind your own f----- business, it's not due for MOT for two months"!!!!
 
I wonder what his reply would be when pulled up by a police officer? He shouldn't be on the road, and has total disregard for the law and other road users. Well, you did you best, emmerson.
 
After informing the person I would normally dismiss it but from his attitude I would have taken his registration and reported him. Whether the police would act on it I doubt, but at least I would have tried to educate one moron.
