flush water in thetford toilet leaking into the van

I have this issue now in my transist motorhome... and there is no tap on this teleford flush tank but i would love to stop this water (brown stuff) coming onto shower base. I have replaced the cassette
 
In addition to my message this out of warranty. I will be removing the silicone tomorrow and try to repair. I dont know if that bottom plastic base will come off or not. But I could sure do with advice, I am having to clean this mess everyday. Please I need guidence20211004_163530.jpg
