flys

hi guys just started caravan again after a forced break. i have got a cheap swift challenger whic has had the plugs on
the inside of the window removed. this has lead to flys and small buggs climbing in between the 2 panes. is there some way i can get them out or will i have to live with them?. cheers mark

Unfortunately once in they are very hard to get out.
You could try using a vacuum cleaner hose over one of the bung holes and hope they get sucked out.

Hi to you both.Yes,but you probably don't want to hear it!.You could borrow my Pet Spider, she is very efficient at clearing up a tasty morsel.Dead or Alive.

Yes good idea, but then he would be left with a fat spider stuck between his window panes. A good conversation starter though, could even take it a stage further, spiders in the middle of one window and fish in another!
Stick to the vacum cleaner I think.

Yes,perhaps;but I had a senior moment(to many & to often)and hit the wrong tab before I could add:-the spider is on a fine non edible lead & it may be necessary to be prepared to open up the bung hole and fit a slightly larger plug.

Hi guys thanks for the replies. As the flys are all in 1 corner in each of the front
Windows I was thinking of drilling a small hole in the inner part and use a drinking
Straw and Hoover. Is it possible to drill the window without damaging it or am I
Asking for trouble.
