I'm only posting this here to make sure it is at the top . Anyway where else could it go? Oh yes I know in the bin. LOL.

Just reading the latest PC Mag delivered this morning and noticed the Prawn Chirozo recipe.

We try all the recipes and most we like.
Is there any merit in having a section on here , somewhere, with all the PCV recipes easily accesible to forum members?
The only proviso is they must be easy enough to cook in the caravan. No salads.

Nothing at all Wendy. A salad is hardly "cooking", more of a garnish which I take for granted. But then I am a dog not a rabbit, LOL.

Only just noticed this thread (must pay more attention! lol). Good idea, DD, I'd be interested in a cooking thread. I'd hardly call my cooking 'technical' though!

My favourite at the moment is Bombay Potatoes. Absolutely delicious and red hot. You have to have all the windows and the door open plus put the extractor fan on when you're making it (oh, and spray the van with air freshner afterwards) but it's worth it. It's actually a very filling and low calorie meal.
