Just been to my Ford Dealer had a problem getting my rear seat out of my car followed what it said in the owners manual still would not move so got there a technician pulled a long lever under the seat pulled a strap at first it did not play ball but after pulling more straps he got the seat to fold and lift pulled a lever under the seat and it release the seat ask him to show me usually when i see i remember . how to put it back in and that not a easy job . with us going away at the weekend it just in case it has to come out for more room. so for customer care i rate my dealer first class .
