Where is the Forum Etiquette listed on the new forum?

I know that it's been said that 'heavy is the head that wears the crown' King WC but if you lift your eyes very slightly on this particular message board hopefully you will see the 'sticky' posts which are semi-permanently added usually by Admin for the benefit of forum users. Forum Etiquette should be the last sticky post of those shown and the equally important Terms and Conditions can be found by clicking the text in the black margin footer space at the bottom of the webpage

Good Idea Sir Sprocket.
My main problem is losing 2 years worth of emails including the deals I brokered foe Wheatalot.
Hopefully this other chap I know may be able to sort it out.
